TIMG have introduced MFA (multi-factor authentication), this is an optional function, which has changed the log in process.
This Article show shows both log in processes (with MFA and without).
Logging in
Enter username/requestor ID and select “Next”
Enter password in the following screen and select “Sign in”
If MFA is not enabled
If the password is correct, the user will be logged in and land on the SAFE dashboard - Log in is complete.
If MFA is enabled
Open the authentication app used during registration (see MFA registration steps above) and enter in the code for “TIMG - SAFE”. Click “Verify”
