Resetting your SAFE password

On the sign in page, click ‘Forgot Password’.


This will take you to the User Details page, enter your user name and Email address linked to the log in account, then click send verification code


A verification code will be sent to your email, check your inbox and junk folder for the code.

Enter the code into the verification box, then click ‘verify code’



If the verification process was successful you can click continue



If you do not receive the code, or the code in unsuccessful please contact TIMG customer services on 0800 732 87489, or helpdesk@support.timg.co.nz


It will ask you to enter and re-enter your new password, then click continue.

If your new password is successful, you will be logged into your SAFE account.
